This exhaust collector protection is the fusion of the two superimposed original pieces allowing a considerable economic saving as you don't have to buy the underlying piece as well.
This single piece integrates them both, it saves, it is aesthetically better and the assembly is much lighter.
As all our parts it's 100% Top quality carbon fiber polimerized by autoclave. The lay-up of carbon fiber inside the mold and the slots are made manually in a workmanlike manner.
Internally it is shielded with aluminum tape heat shield but it can also be applied over the metal screen of the original piece.
The carbon weave is the same 3K plain as Ducati parts, its finish is matt like Ducati parts made as per our internal specification "Avia Ultramatt" for a very high level matte finish.
On request it is also available with a glossy finish.
